She listened to my half-baked vision (filled with more concepts and vibes, than concrete details) and brought real options to life. She was communicative and responsive, delivering on the lookbooks and meeting with my spouse and I more times than any other vendor. She was patient when I changed my mind or showed uncertainty, and outlined the real costs associated with those changes with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset.
