Doozie Doez is a small bakery in Utica. We are a small scale bakery specializing in cakes, cookies and cobblers. We offer a wide variety of desserts bringing any ideas to life. We do wedding cakes, shower cakes, or cakes for any occasion. We also have a bakery bus available to set up on site.

I think it’s hard in this day and age for a lot of people to stop and appreciate something that is so detailed and crafted by hand, to imagine that every stamen, every petal, every bud, every calyx, and every color is made individually and then combined together to make a sugar flower. Often hundreds of steps. Then each flower, each stem of leaves, is combined to make an entire sugar flower arrangement. One cake. That being said when someone buys a cake, it often steals the show at an event, as the cake is an opportunity, a centerpiece that seems to draw people toward it.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.
