It’s easy to say I love shooting weddings; most wedding photographers do. But there’s more to it than just the fun and the creative expression. Being a wedding photographer has been one of the greatest joys and challenges in my life for the last eight years. Growing up in Columbus, Ohio, I have always been known as “the photographer” amongst my peers. In 2011, I moved to New York City to pursue photography at Parsons the New School of Design and have since received my degree in 2015. In the last four years, I have moved from New York City to San Francisco, back to New York City and now Columbus, Ohio! I am so excited to be back in my hometown.

In 2013, my love story began and in 2016, Matt and I tied got married! Two years ago, we moved to the Middle Tennessee with our two dogs, Brutus and Leonard, to start a new adventure in our lives. Just recently, we built our dream home! I absolutely love Mexican food, but Chuy’s creamy jalapeño dip has a special place in my heart! Most Saturdays growing up, I spent in a high school gymnasium competing as a baton twirler. If I wasn’t at a competition, I would spend my Saturday mornings with my parents watching dog shows. I’m a proud dog mom of 2! Anyone else relate?
