We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and CO Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. The interior of the barn venue features adaptable floor space to host groups of up to 100 guests. You will have access to the venue on Friday for setup and rehearsal. On Saturday the barn will be ready for you wedding and reception and then clean up. This venue is an authentic country setting where you can hold your own joyous celebration of your love story. The peak season for the Ranch stretches from June through October.
