From planning my surprise engagement to our wedding Carice provided smooth communication, was very responsive and handled any issue that came up with any vendors. She was very flexible and thorough throughout the entire process. She had great vendor recommendations and an awesome checklist that made our wedding day as smooth as possible from photographer, florist, dj, etc. As the day of coordinator, Carice did not stop moving to ensure our day went as we wished, even when things occurred she handled them with grace. Champagne Wishes helped us plan and execute our 75-person wedding in June 2025 in just four months – we’re not sure how we would have done it without them! Starting from our consultation, Katelyn was extremely personable and encouraging. We were of course nervous about our tight timeline, but she quickly made us feel at ease. She honored our vision, asked the right questions, and helped us be decisive during the planning process when we needed it. Sulli took over as our day-of-coordinator and did an amazing job memorizing our timeline and all the small details of the day. She managed parking attendants from CW and tricky traffic down our venue’s one-lane road with ease, ensuring our guests had a seamless experience. Both Katelyn and Sulli were great communicators, answering our many questions in a timely manner and handling all communication with the vendor team as we approached the big day. The best testimony of how well they worked together was that after the wedding we had multiple guests and even fellow vendors remark on how smooth and effortless the day felt. We are so grateful to the entire team and we highly recommend Champagne Wishes for all your wedding planning needs! As a side note, we also worked with CW for some day-of rentals such as gorgeous wooden benches for our ceremony, cocktail tables, and LED candles. Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you're having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She's the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests. The largest thing that stood out to us was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and we could see it throughout the day. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Even though we had a venue management person for the day of, it was nothing compared to working with someone that truly focuses on you and your needs. Our vision was captured beautifully, and we do not regret hiring her at all!

She started every meeting genuinely asking how we were in not only our wedding planning lives, but also just in our day to day. She truly wanted to get to know US and from that blossomed a beautiful relationship that didn’t feel contractual or forced at all. She somehow made it feel as if we were the only couple she was working with and like we were a top top top priority for her! Plus, her design suggestions are impeccable! She has taste and an eye for all things beautiful! Hiring LAE was the number 1 best decision we made for our wedding! QUEER COUPLES THIS IS YOUR COORDINATOR!!! We are a queer couple and Mia was so incredibly supportive of us and our identities the entire time. She cared about and understood pronouns, family dynamics, and more without making it a big deal. She was 100% open to throwing tradition out the window when it didn’t suit us but also totally here for upholding it when it felt right. She LOVED our clothing choices and encouraged us to embrace our true selves instead of what the wedding industry told us we had to wear. We felt truly celebrated! On the big day, Mia and her team, Macie and Tiffany, were early and on the ball! The second they arrived I could feel my nerves disappear knowing they would be overseeing every little detail. They came ready with every form (and extra copies) imaginable, dressed professionally and in line with our color pallet, and miced up for quick and discreet communication. Our wedding party and guests were raving about how kind they all were and how well they executed everything that day. As a couple, my spouse and I felt at ease and were able to let go and have a blast on our wedding day because we knew all the little details were in the BEST hands. We heard from guests that the shuttle had messed up big time and literally went to the wrong hotel. Mia and her team fixed the issue SO FAST and kept it SO QUIET that we had no idea anything was wrong and we were able to enjoy our evening blissfully unaware that our guests almost didn’t make it to the ceremony! Then, after the wedding Mia had already reached out to the shuttle company to begin dialogue about what happened and to request a refund without us even having to ask her! I cannot possibly recommend Mia and LAE enough and we will forever look back on our beautiful wedding day with fond stress free memories thanks to LAE!

I reached out very early in the wedding-planning process to ask if she’d be available to be our day-of-coordinator for our non-traditional wedding, and I am so glad I did. Genevieve and her team just finished working with my wife and I on our October 11th wedding. We used the Event Management package and are so happy we did! We spent the last year booking all of all vendors and working on all the fine details of decor, music, and signage etc. We started working with Days and Eves to help close all of the open gaps and work on the day of timeline. We thought we had all questions answered but we certainly did not! It was so helpful to have the team provide us with all of the schedules and guides to ensure that the day ran smoothly, for which it did! Everyone who was a part of the wedding knew what they needed to do and went to her or her assistant for questions. This allowed us to just be there and present. When we walked into the ceremony and reception, each time we were so blown away by how wonderful it looked! All of our items were placed perfectly to our guides and the restaurants additional items were worked in perfectly. Genevieve's schedule and suggested flow worked wonderful and we felt as relaxed (as possible). At the end of the night, she worked neatly to get all of our items so nicely packed and organized for us, which was much appreciated. We are so happy and grateful for Genevieve.

We unfortunately had some wedding venue "drama" along the way, and MC was so professional and helped address any concerns we had. I knew our wedding day was going to run like a well oiled machine, and I truly can't believe how perfect the day was.
