As we renovated this historic 1921 Cadillac Dealership, we respected its character and kept the exposed brick walls, original black & white marble Showroom floor and lofty 30' ceilings with skylights. We added only "real" materials like concrete, brick, steel, reclaimed wood and glass in bringing the old building back to life as a wedding venue. The result is a truly unique, handcrafted, industrial urban-renewal work of art! Cadillac Service Garage features a private Terrace Courtyard, gorgeous architectural features, industrial texture and a Wandering Garden for photography, multiple indoor & outdoor ceremony locations, two large, well-appointed private suites with early access, two built-in bars, a built-in stage, on-site parking, custom-built farm tables & Chiavari chairs, and custom lighting that includes permanent (indoor & outdoor) festoon string lights.

The Hive is a beautiful event center located in Staley, NC. We are situated on 200 acres of rolling farm land in Randolph county NC. Our facility began life as the clubhouse for Ferguson Farms Golf Course. When the golf course closed in 2012, it sat abandoned until our family came across the land. We came across this gem while we were searching for a larger property to expand our farm. It had been neglected for so many years, but we immediately saw great potential in its natural beauty, barns, and clubhouse. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight.
