Hello everyone, my name is Terence and I am the owner of Nepita! I have always been passionate about sharing a culinary moment with strangers. Being trained and having worked in Michelin starred restaurants, I learned how to make all sorts of frozen confections. That shaped me in creating Nepita, an artisan ice cream pop up shop offering flavors inspired by the Mediterranean!

Milk Bar is a sweet (and occasionally savory) shop that’s been turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads, shaking up the dessert scene since 2008. Bon Appetit magazine called us “one of the most exciting bakeries in the country.” But you can literally just call us Milk Bar. We’re not big on feeding the hype beast. But we’re super into feeding our flavorful treats to those who crave the unexpected.

Handmade with love and the best ingredients in NYC since 1995. We bake fresh and ship same-day, so cookies arrive ready to enjoy (though we recommend warming them in the oven for that famous gooey center).

Everything served at Empire Cake is made fresh daily on the premises using the finest ingredients, including fresh butter and cream from quality local producers, pure whole vanilla beans, Belgian chocolate, and fresh seasonal produce from the Union Square Greenmarket. SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own. Our liquor-infused ice cream flavors are all inspired by classic and contemporary cocktails and are made with local and seasonal ingredients in New York, NY. Tipsy scoop blends the magic of an artisanal, hand-crafted ice cream with the mastery of a perfectly mixed cocktail. My great, great, great grandfather, Achille, moved from his small mountaintop town of Picinisco, Italy to Glasgow, Scotland. He made ice cream at home and sold it from a pushcart as he walked the city streets. Eventually he opened his own ice cream shop and brought his sons into the business.

Growing up in Brazil, Brigadeiros were part of every memorable celebration, typically sharing it with those we love and care about. To us, it represents joy, unity and help bring joy to people's lives. Baking is a unique way to spread happiness and help people come together to share life's sweet moments.

Minnie’s Bake Shop was started by Cathy Cook, who, for close to two decades, worked as a prop stylist on photo shoots for magazines, advertising and cookbooks. Her specialties included food, still life and interiors. After years of creating beautiful tablescapes for hundreds of cakes, scores of Thanksgiving pies and too-numerous-to-count Christmas cookies, Cathy decided to fulfill her lifelong desire to attend pastry school. So, while still working full-time, she enrolled in the Professional Pastry Program at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York.

Hi, I'm Lilli, a British/Danish baker based in NY. I left a career in design consulting because I was bursting with ideas for truly unique cakes that tell personal stories. I journeyed around the world to train in my favourite restaurants and bakeries, like Rochelle Canteen in London, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York. There I learned discipline and craft, but what I really discovered was the joy of creating really meaningful, personal moments. And Lilli Maren Bakes was born!

At the very young age of 23, along side his wife Mrs. Lorely Leyva, they decided to follow in his fathers foot steps and enter the bakery business. Still a novice to the bakery world, he leaned on his fathers many years of expeciece as a bread master. Much to his surpise the bakery was much more than just breads, soon they would discover many talents needed to be learned and fast.
