Opening Brooklyn Girl Bakery was the culmination of years working as a pastry chef and cake decorator in the Philly suburbs. As someone who loved all things wedding related, I decided to venture out on my own so I could focus all my energy making beautiful and delcious cakes.

My passion for creativity and attention to detail inspire me, allowing me to focus on designing desserts that are as beautiful as they are delicious. As a one-woman business, I take pride in providing a highly personalized experience for my clients. From the initial tasting box and consultation to the baking and decorating of your custom order, I am with you every step of the way.

I hold a BS in Marketing and a BA in Business from DeSales University. I have trained with world-renowned sugar artists to expand my cake artistry skills. I am a national competitor with many awards for cake design as well as cake flavors, cupcake design, and cookie design. Over the years I have honed my craft into making beautiful and delicious custom cakes.

Clay’s Bakery opened its doors on October 1, 1990 by Bill and Denise Bones, alongside Denise’s mother Barbara Clark, who retired to Florida in 1997. To this day, the bakery is still owned and operated by the Bones family. The bakery was named in honor of Denise’s father Clayton Earl Clark, III who passed away the year before opening the shop. He was an Sergeant for the Tredyffrin Township Police Department, many of his brothers in blue continue to show their support for Denise and her family by visiting the bakery often.

Babka Bailout began as a way to help a friend struggling to make rent and feed her family during the pandemic. When founder/owner Michal Prevor learned about a fellow mom’s desperation, she immediately opened her heart, rolled up her sleeves and began baking towards a brighter future. Michal’s “babka fundraiser” facebook post quickly covered her friend Carmen’s expenses and soon evolved into Babka Bailout - a booming babka business committed to changing the world one babka at a time.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

PAMKAKES is a small cake shop with large reputation for great looking and delicious tasting cakes. We opened our doors in January 2007 and have been serving more and more new customers every day.
