Additionally, the country club was a complete blank canvas which required us to bring in vendors for every single detail. Not only did Maggie handpick top-notch vendors and successfully manage them all, but she did so with the most calm and pleasant demeanor. “If you are looking for a day of coordinator you NEED to hire Melissa and Kourtney! They were nothing but amazing! I hired them for day of coordination for prior to that you’ll have 2 meetings and be able to call/text Melissa about anything you’ll need! She did a fantastic job coordinating the rehearsal and making sure everyone knew what they were doing. The day of the hemming on my underskirt was falling apart because my shoes had rhinestones and I could barely walk because how tangled it was! The minute Melissa and Kourtney got there, they pulled out their scissors and safety pins and fixed my dress in no time! They set up my ceremony space which was absolutely beautiful and made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be for the ceremony. After the ceremony they brought out ice water since it was so hot and then later brought us food from the cocktail hour and drinks. Which was great since we were starving! I didn’t have a dj because we had an intimate wedding and the yard games out in the patio, so Melissa announced everything for us which was amazing! I just couldn’t had made this wedding everything I’ve dreamed of without her and Kourtney! I’m sure there’s at least a million other things they did that I’m just forgetting right now that made my wedding perfect! I would give them 1,000 out of 1,000 stars if I could!”

“We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
