The Inn at Leola Village was absolutely phenomenal! From the very first interaction, Stephanie and Gianna were effective, friendly, and thoughtful in their communication, making the planning process a breeze. The value they provided was excellent - not only is the venue itself beautifully appointed, but so many conveniences were included for the price that it made our day run that much more smoothly. For example, Stephanie recommended we skip the traditional first dances and family speeches and instead just dance our guests right into the dining room to a small surprise set from our band! This really kicked off the party in a fun and lively way which set the tone for the entire night. Absolutely wonderful to work with, Stephanie and Gianna are true professionals, and all we had to do as the couple was show up and leave the rest to them. We couldn't be happier with our decision to host our wedding at The Inn at Leola Village.

A destination wedding without the airfare! Our family is spread out along the East Coast . When searching for a wedding venue we had to consider how far our guest were willing to travel. We found The Lake House Inn and our search, stopped there. What an amazing venue so close to New York and Philadelphia. We had always dreamed of a destination wedding, but realize it’s a lot to ask for your guests to travel by air. Our wedding at The Lake House Inn turned out to be better than we ever imagined. We stayed for two nights surrounded by friends and family and it felt like a week! And unlike a destination wedding 95% of our invited guest were able to attend. The whole experience was amazing! Special thanks to our planner Holly, and Marina, the innkeeper, for making our wedding weekend so special.

From the moment we arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our wedding day. Heather initially gave us the tour of the venue in Feb 2022 and was assigned as our coordinator, and I will always be so grateful for my time planning with her. From the moment we booked, she always answered any email in a timely manner, no matter how many questions were asked :). Heather and her assistant were extremely helpful during the day of our wedding as well. Agnes, our bridal attendant was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond and is always thinking 2 steps ahead of you to ensure the wedding day continues to go smoothly. Above all, all of our guests RAVED about the cocktail hour and entree food. The flow of the Chateau style wedding was absolutely incredible. I will always be so grateful that we chose HDV as our wedding venue!

Kimberton Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding. Their communication throughout the planning process was impeccable, thorough, and detailed, thanks to Jeff and his experienced staff. The venue itself is a stunning stone building adding to the romantic vibe. The drinks flowed during the cocktail hour held in the bar and entire restaurant. No waiting for drinks, the bartenders kept everyone served and the appetizers delicious. Moving into the reception area flowed wonderfully and the space accommodated the guests with ample room for dancing and the DJ. The food is gourmet and the selection amazing with impeccable service. The beautiful grounds provided a wonderful backdrop for our special day. The staff went above and beyond, gathering our gifts and keeping them safe, and even providing place cards when I forgot mine. Jeff and the entire team were attentive to every detail and willingly accommodated all of our requests. We are so grateful to Kimberton Inn for making our wedding day truly magical.

Magnolia Streamside Resort

Wildflowers, barefoot dancing, nomadic tipi, gourmet dining under the stars, bohemian chic, hand-crafted touches and lots of pure wholesome LOVE… Welcome to Magnolia Streamside Resort, a gorgeous natural oasis for family and friends to celebrate your sacred union. From the chapel in our enchanted forest, to festivities on the courtyard surrounded by a gorgeous mountain stream, Magnolia is your perfect destination-wedding resort venue. We invite you to enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of the entire property for a wholesome wedding weekend experience.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Handles all cleanup logistics
  • Picturesque garden backdrop
  • Has a dance floor for celebration

Venue considerations

  • On-site parking not available
  • Not for you if you're looking for a sleek and contemporary space
  • Lighting and sound are not included
Magnolia was a dream for me and my husband!! I was very discouraged by the venue search and had almost given up when I stumbled across Magnolia. It looked so gorgeous I was afraid the pictures were misleading me. But while the outside doesn’t look like much when you drive up, inside it’s a fairytale world. We were in love from the moment we saw it, and all my guests were stunned. The space felt rustic and secluded—like you’re out in the woods somewhere with the sound of the river all around you. And Magnolia has built up the property with an elegance that makes it even more dreamlike. And I can’t say enough about the venue coordinator, Cheyenne! She literally worked miracles to make it possible for us to have our wedding there. This woman is sharp and incredibly knowledgeable and organized. Her recommendations and tips saved me so much. She’s super honest and upfront about things, and she does her best to take the stress and pressure of the wedding off of you. She also is very caring. Throughout the entire process, she was attentive, and I felt like she cared about me as a person, not just another client. On the day-of, she created space for my husband and I in the bustle and went out of her way to help with whatever we, or the wedding party, needed. It never felt like having a stranger around, and I knew I could trust her to handle any mishap. I highly, highly recommend her wedding planning services even if you don’t end up using the venue itself. Some tips: I personally think Magnolia works better for smaller, more intimate weddings. We had about 60 people, which filled the space nicely, but I have trouble imagining how the max amount of people (120) would fit on the dance floor. I wouldn’t recommend having a lot of vendors and tech either. I think it would clash with the space. We also really enjoyed renting out cabins for our wedding party. The rooms are nice, and it allowed us to soak in the weekend. Another great thing: the property is the perfect size for getting cool photos—small enough to walk but large enough to find lots of lovely locations. Definitely take advantage of that! I highly recommend Magnolia. I don’t know how our wedding could have been more beautiful or peaceful, and I thank all the staff at Magnolia for caring for us.

The whole staff was super helpful and professional, with a special shoutout to the event manager Marissa, who helped plan our wedding though the months leading up; and to the day-of event manager Zach, who expertly kept everything on track and helped make the day perfect. I'd say the venue is ideal for a small to medium sized event, we had 40 people and it was great. We recently had a business event at Hotel Bethlehem. The venue was beautiful. The staff provided amazing service during our event and they were very attentive to our guest needs. The Bellman Barry and one other Bellman were very helpful upon arrival. They also made it easy to enter the hotel for one of our guest in a wheelchair. We had food stations and they were setup with great detail and the meal was delicious! Everyone commented that the food was on point perfect. This comment also came from 3 Chefs that were in the room as guest. Our bartender Steve also made the event special helping serve our guest themed drinks. Kathy our Sales Manager was extremely helpful with the entire process. She made everything run smoothly from the menu selections to the room layout. Our guest are still talking about this event weeks later! We truly appreciate the warm hospitality of all the hotel staff at Hotel Bethlehem.

We cannot say enough great things about our experience at the Cork Factory Hotel, thanks to the incredible team that made our wedding so special, starting with our first discussions and meeting with Keri! First and foremost, our coordinator, Mary, was an absolute rockstar. From the moment we started planning to the last dance of the night, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Her attention to detail, organization, and calming presence made all the difference. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her! The culinary team also deserves a huge shoutout for their flexibility and dedication to accommodating dietary needs. They provided amazing gluten-free options for Christine and select guests, ensuring that everyone had a delicious meal without any worries. All of the food was incredible, and the service was just as impressive, from our rehearsal dinner at the bakers table, our reception, and our morning after breakfast. We also want to recognize Rosetta at the front desk, who went out of her way to fix an issue with our room. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, making sure we were comfortable and happy. From start to finish, the entire team exceeded our expectations, and we are beyond grateful for their hard work. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at The Renaissance!!! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we and our guests were happy! Angela was absolutely amazing-she is very detail oriented and knowledgeable (she listened to what we wanted and gave great suggestions) but more than that, she is a genuinely kind and caring person! My Dad passed away about a month before the wedding and my groom's Mom had passed a year and a half ago and Angela offered multiple suggestions for how could memorialize them at the wedding. She also gave us a private cocktail area so we could taste all the hor d'eourves and have some champagne before we went back up to mingle with our guests. Her team is also amazing-they were very attentive and all so nice, they seem to really care that you have a wonderful experience start to finish-they even filled out some of our wedding advice cards which I thought was so sweet!!! They set up and took down everything and it looked fantastic, as hassle-free for us as it could possibly be! Also-the food is AMAZING! We loved it during the tasting-it was a tough choice-and it was just as good at the wedding! We heard lots of good things from our guests and vendors too! Last but not least, the bridal suite was beyond gorgeous!!! Definitely recommend the Renaissance, you will not be disappointed!
