“We absolutely loved our experience with Flo as our photographer and hiring her was the best decision that we made about our wedding day. We interviewed a few photographers but had an instant connection with Flo who seemed so enthusiastic and genuinely excited for our love story and wedding. She had such positive energy and we knew we wanted that kind of energy surrounding us on our wedding day. She was also willing to customize a package for us to work with our budget and our needs for the wedding day which was so reassuring - and she is worth every penny of what she charges. We had an awesome engagement session with her before the big day, and even when I broke a nail on the way there, she was so great at keeping me from stressing out. We were able to relax and laugh a lot and be ourselves on camera, and the photos were stunning. We also appreciated how Flo kept in touch with us on Instagram leading up to the wedding and afterwards - it must be so much work to keep up with all of her clients but it really felt so nice that she was following us on our wedding journey. She was so supportive, liking our stories and posts and letting us know she was consistently invested in our story. When the wedding day came it was like we were meeting up with an old friend even though we'd only met in person once for the engagement session. Flo also worked with us to figure out the "wedding timeline" that every vendor seemed to want even though we were a little clueless about it to start. She came up with a plan for the most efficient use of our time to make the day go the smoothest and it really worked out perfectly. She kept us on schedule and used the questionnaire we had filled out to make sure she got all of the shots we requested. All of our wedding party and family told us how great she was and how much they liked working with her. She and her second photographer and assistant were ON IT and captured so many moments throughout the day, they didn't miss a thing! We were able to put complete trust in her and just enjoy the wedding. As for the photos themselves, her style is so beautiful and striking and exactly what we were looking for - we love how saturated her colors are and it worked perfectly for our jewel tone fall wedding. She has a passion for sunset lighting as well and the pictures from our engagement and wedding day at sunset came out so beautifully. For both engagement and our wedding, we had a bunch of sneak peek photos within a day or two which was great to tide us over while we waited for the final products. Communication and payment and the photo gallery platform were all super straightforward. We cannot recommend Flo enough for the genuinely positive energy she will bring to your planning process and wedding day and for the gorgeous photos she will capture on your special day.”

Chris was super easy to work with, and since we live on the west coast, he was very flexible meeting with us over zoom. He made the planning process easy for us and every time we met, I felt a little weight of the wedding planning was lifted off of my shoulders. It ended up raining, and we moved the formal photos inside, and Chris was not only flexible, but made the room/photos look excellent. “Where do we begin! Nina and Will at Film and Frond helped ensure our NYC elopement went perfectly to plan, and we can’t thank them both enough for everything! Our photos are incredible and we will treasure them forever as perfect keepsakes of our special day in NYC. As we were travelling to NYC from overseas (Scotland) we were nervous about the logistics and the risk of the weather changing. In our two Zoom calls prior to our trip, Nina was so reassuring and we made sure to cover all bases incase of a change in schedule or rain. On the day of the elopement, Nina and Will met us early in the morning at our hotel, and were the perfect companions for us venturing round NYC for photos before our City Hall Ceremony. They are both the sweetest, most authentic people and there was zero awkwardness. Both my husband and I were a little nervous about being in the front of the camera, but with Nina’s help we forgot we were being photographed at all and simply enjoyed the day. We love the photos which have been delivered, such a beautiful variety of shots in Dumbo, at Brooklyn Bridge, City Hall and in Soho. Opening our full gallery was like being back in New York, and took us right back to the magic of the day. Nina and Will, we cannot thank you enough not only for your insane photography skills but for being such fantastic people to spend our elopement with!
