“1000/10!! Lucky Devils gave us absolutely the best wedding experience possible. All communication and planning calls were extremely professional, prompt, and easy. We had a prescriptive plan on our music taste and preferences, which Lucky Devils was happy to accommodate, but they also gave guidance based on their expertise, which we so appreciated. We put playlists together because we wanted certain songs playing, but by the time the band came on (we just gave them general guidance beforehand, nothing too prescriptive), their set list was exactly what we were looking for and they completely set the vibe and energy of the party with little direction. We hired them for our ceremony music, which they were able to do with the live guitarist as well as use a speaker for walk down the aisle songs. Everything went seamlessly and exactly how we imagined, but somehow even better. Working with Lucky Devils was an amazing experience from end. They were also very positive and lively on-site, which made us and the guests have so much fun. We have a family band and Lucky Devils even let them play a live song, which will always be one of our favorite memories from our wedding day. Lucky Devils is a one stop shop and can help you with anything, as they have such range- you can hire for your ceremony AND reception (even if in different locations) as an emcee, DJ, live band, etc. and that's exactly what we needed. They have tons of clients at one time but somehow made us feel so special and like we were their only client. Music is so important to us, and honestly I have been putting together a playlist for years, so we were looking for the best group possible to host the experience we were looking for. That fog machine honestly MADE the party, turning the space into something truly epic. I genuinely can't picture it having the same incredible energy without it, so a massive thank you for that unexpected, perfect touch. And because we had a masquerade theme, I asked if the DJs would wear disco masks and they SAID YES and wore them the entire time, even after I told them they absolutely didn't have to for more than one song! It just created such an amazing vibe, and we've got the pictures to prove how much fun everyone had! There's just so much to appreciate about this incredible group. I in particular am very grateful that he was so willing to help me with a special song request which required mixing bits from two songs together for my Father-Daughter dance. He was more than up for the challenge and was so helpful with it! When it came to the actual wedding, he was so kind when introducing himself on our wedding day and did a beautiful job MCing. We wanted more minimal MC work and he nailed it perfectly! He was also super flexible with last minute announcement requests that we had. For example, we realized no one was noticing the anniversary cards we put out for signing at the dinner tables, so we asked him to make a little announcement about it and he did great doing that on the spot! Finally, the music all night was absolutely fantastic. He really listened to what we wanted and he delivered! The music felt very much like “us” and we had so much fun dancing all night long. Everyone kept talking about how great he was and several people said it was the best wedding music they have ever heard. If we ever need a DJ again, without a doubt, we will be hiring DJ Rob!”

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the communication from the office staff before the event was terrible. Poor Misha—we had to text him with questions, but he wasn’t allowed to answer directly and everything had to go through Ruby at the office, which was frustrating. We even had a Zoom meeting to review our music plan, but a week later Ruby messaged me saying it wasn’t completed. What was the point of the Zoom call if not to review it? It felt disorganized. However, on the day of the wedding, Misha executed everything perfectly. Despite the office communication issues, I would still recommend them!”
