Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. That included the procession of the church ceremony, the musical cues, the reception entrance order, the dj song list order, etc. She helped me create breakout schedules to give to each vendor so they all knew what part of the day mattered for them to take part in. Alex brought so much understanding and cultural awareness to our wedding. She respected the way that weddings are done in Egypt, Lebanon, and America, and helped me blend certain moments from each tradition into our wedding. Every special moment flowed. I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing!  I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! The bridal shower was beautiful!  The decor, theme, drinks, food, tables and chairs, decorations, umbrellas… and so many details… all came together so beautifully. It was quite impressive to see the event space transformed into my daughter’s dream shower! I need space for more than 5 stars! Oh Julia, from the bottom of our hearts we can not thank you enough for giving us the most perfect and memorable ceremony. The ceremony portion of the wedding day was very important to me so we did a lot of research on a professional that would make the ceremony so special and marry us. From the beginning of our meeting, Julia was professional, on time, kind and very thorough in explaining everything. We had the opportunity to customize our ceremony to the T. Of course we used Julia's base for the ceremony but we also added a lasso component to it and had it be bilingual. My husband really liked adding in "Hasta que la muerte nos separe." and I really liked adding in a moment of prayer after the lasso ceremony. JULIA never told us no. She was always positive, provided insight and provided many options. EVEN the option to choose her outfit to go with our wedding colors and theme. After the wedding ceremony... I received so many comments from different friends and my bridal party on Julia " where did you find your officiant?" "She looked so stunning" " Your officiant was very graceful and treated us nicely when looking for the rings and vow books" " I was surprised she spoke Spanish so well" Having Julia as our officiant made everything 10x better. Her voice is soothing and she takes the right amount of pauses in the speeches and really allows you to soak in the moment. Her voice is crisp, calm and she kept things interesting. WE ARE SOOO HAPPY JULIA MARRIED US! I only have positive things to say and bear in mind, I myself am on year 7 as a wedding vendor in the wedding industry... Courtney was the first wedding vendor I contacted after getting engaged. As a wedding professional, I already knew the value in having a wedding planner, but as a bride I truly understand it. Courtney was there with us from day one of planning. She made the appointments for florals, venues, rentals, and provided suggestions for other categories. She got all the information and quotes for us, making it much easier on our end. She checks in to make sure our tasks are being done and offers any support if needed. Our ceremony was mostly candle-lit. Absolutely romantic, but also aboslutely time consuming to light. Courtney practiced at the rehersal so she knew how long it would take to set up, and then break down to transfer the candles to our reception. Also, pro-tip that I learned, light your candles ahead of time so they'll be easier to light! Day-of, she made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. My family and in-laws still talk about how much Courtney and her team made the day flow perfectly. I can't thank Courtney enough for helping us execute the best day ever!

My husband and I were so happy with our day-of coordinators, Teri and Mindy. We felt like they went above and beyond our expectations in terms of how well they communicated with us preparing for the wedding. On the day-of, they made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule (: We did run behind schedule later in the evening (as expected with any wedding, mostly due to some family drama), but they managed to get us caught up because they were very efficient at getting all of the vendors on the same page! We got so many compliments from our wedding party and guests saying the flow events appeared very smooth, and there were very few, minor hiccups, which is a huge accomplishment for a wedding in my eyes! I can honestly say I don't think our wedding day could have gone any better, and it would not have been possible without our coordinators working so hard to make sure everyone knew where to go and what to do. I also greatly appreciated their attention to detail, they set up my decorations exactly how I requested and even provided a checklist of items for me to hand to them at the rehearsal. This was such a lifesaver, we would not have had anything to cut our cake with had they not lended us their knife and server! Cannot recommend Mindy & Co Events enough!

I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I could write so much more on how incredible Events by McKenna is, but to sum it all up, they are the best choice for your wedding planning and coordinating needs and you will not regret choosing them for your big day!!

From start to finish, our experience with Fresh Capsule Vibes was nothing short of amazing! Right from the initial inquiry after an ISO post on Facebook, the response time was incredibly fast, and Jesse made us feel at ease with every step of the process. They were professional, approachable, and genuinely excited to be part of our special day. On the wedding day itself, Jesse and her team were a joy to work with. They kept a positive and calm energy throughout the entire day, which made us feel relaxed and confident. They were also incredibly organized, making sure we stayed on schedule for all the important moments while still capturing everything we wanted — and more! She also had a special understanding of Filipino families which I think added an extra special touch of comfort. As for the photos and video, we were absolutely blown away! The quality is exceptional. Every shot captured not only the beauty of the day but also the emotions and the little details we may have missed in the moment. HIGHLY recommend Love & Laughter Weddings! We booked the live music, day of coordinator and officiant package and our wedding was divine! Bryan played our favorite songs throughout the ceremony and cocktail hour and the performance was perfect! The ceremony was heartfelt and custom and funny, which was so important for us being that we're a laid-back couple and Evelyn nailed it! Amazing doesn’t even begin to describe our night.
