Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. “We first met Connie Clark when our daughter was organizing her wedding reception. At that time, Connie was involved with a startup venue that was undergoing renovations. To cut a long story short, around 7 PM the evening before our daughter's reception, it became clear that the venue was not prepared. When the venue manager was not responding to her calls, she rallied the group that was financing the remodeling project. By 10 PM, the lead investor instructed Connie to find an alternative location for the reception, which was scheduled for the following evening. Connie reached out to a nearby coffee shop/bar, explained the situation, and requested the on-duty manager to contact the owner to see if the reception could be held there. Shortly after, Connie received confirmation that the reception would take place at the new venue. She informed the investment group about the change in location and began reorganizing for the new space. Our family learned of the change around 7:30 AM on the day of the reception, and once we gave our approval, Connie assembled a team and transformed the coffee house/bar into a beautiful reception hall. What Connie managed to coordinate and accomplish in such a brief period was truly remarkable.”

“We had the absolute best experience with Jamie as our day-of wedding coordinator! From the very first meeting, she helped us stay organized and gave us the confidence that everything would run smoothly. On the wedding day itself, things didn’t exactly go as planned, it ended up pouring during our outdoor ceremony (we’re talking over an inch of rain in just half an hour!) moving everything under the tent. Even in the middle of all that chaos, Jamie and her team handled it with such calm professionalism. She was literally soaking wet from walking us and the bridal party to under the tent for the ceremony. Her team also did a fantastic job with the styling and décor. We had a few last-minute changes, but everything still came together beautifully. Since our wedding was at our home (not a traditional venue), I know it made her job more challenging, but you would have never known. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jamie and her team. They made our day perfect, even under very imperfect weather conditions. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and willing to go above and beyond, I would 100% recommend Louisa Co. Events.”

Every single minute of our wedding flowed seamlessly - because of Victoria. From the moment we first spoke over the phone, she radiated calm, confidence, and care. On the day itself, she was everywhere at once, anticipating every detail, asking all of the right questions at the right times, and working at the height of professionalism with all of our other vendors (though she met most of them on the day of!). Before the procession, I was feeling very nervous, and Victoria's kind words & center of gravity calmed me down. For the reception, we had table settings to set up - from flowers to runners to signage; Victoria took care of all of it. My husband and I and our families were and are in awe of her. “Allie and the CityLux team really outdid themselves! Everything was seamless and most importantly, FUN! I was hesitant to have a large wedding because of all of the planning that it entails, but hiring CityLux to help was hands down the best vendor choice we made. Our planning timeline was put together, and we’re were told what to focus on and when, which was a huge help with juggling life and work outside of wedding planning. Allie helped pull the vision out of my head and put it all together in a way I didn’t even know was possible to achieve! The actual wedding weekend was executed flawlessly, and we’ve had multiple guests tell us that the flow of the wedding day and entire weekend was so seamless. Some even said they had more fun at our wedding than their own kids! Our guests were wowed by the entire thing. You often hear people say their wedding day flies by, but my husband and I both look back on the weekend and know that we were entirely present and able to soak in each and every moment because of Allie and Sarah. “Nadia and the team were amazing to work with. Easy to communicate with, fast responses with emails and any silly questions or concerns we had. We had some bumps in the road while planning( but what couple doesnt) The day of the wedding already started rocky and very emotional, there was some communication errors and some other issues but we were able to work it out and the day ended amazing and how I wanted( besides it being a rainy summer) Thank you Nadia and team for being a big part of our special day!”
