I got involved with the University radio station (90.1 FM), started doing live events, and really loved showing off my rare music finds. Being in public and having fun with others is not always an easy task for some. Ashley Keiko is a talented musician who has been playing saxophone for 21 years. She has performed at major venues such as the Apollo Theater in New York City. She has also performed for Steve Harvey, on the nationally syndicated TV game show, Family Feud. Most recently, Ashley has toured cross-country with Grammy nominated singer/songwriter and musician, El DeBarge. Ashley received her Masters in Music and Music Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to her graduate coursework and study abroad, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Performance at School of Jazz at The New School.
