    I absolutely love working with Monica and Nichols Nibbles - she makes it super easy! I give her the # of people - lunch style - and approximate budget and let her run with the rest of the details. Every time people rave about the variety, taste and presentation. I've had her cater business lunches, event appetizers and box lunches - all have been phenomenal and I recommend her to anyone looking for a creative catering option. She even made multiple trips to one of my events to cover both breakfast and lunch (& would have come back to clean up had I let her!). For any event planning, the food has now become the easiest part because Monica takes care of every last detail.
