Veronica Rose Wedding and Event Planning was one of the greatest gifts we gave ourselves on our wedding day. Veronica is exceptionally detail oriented in a way that instantly builds trust. From the very beginning, she saw things we did not even know to look for and treated every detail, big or small, as something that mattered. Her coordination was incredibly thorough and thoughtfully organized. The level of care she put into planning was evident in everything she did, right down to the Excel sheet that tracked every single piece of décor. Knowing that every candle, sign, and personal detail was accounted for gave us such a peace of mind and allowed us to actually enjoy the process instead of feeling overwhelmed by it. On the day of our wedding, we did nothing and that is the highest compliment we can give. Veronica handled everything effortlessly, moving through the day with calm confidence while ensuring everything ran smoothly and beautifully. Because of her, we were able to be fully present, soaking in every moment without stress. Veronica does not just plan events; she creates space for joy, and we will be forever grateful for the care and heart she poured into our day. We truly cannot say enough good things about Veronica. She kept us ahead of every deadline and thought of things we never would have remembered on our own. Nothing slipped through the cracks. She was on top of everything and made the whole planning process feel so much less stressful. Veronica reviewed every contract and responded quickly to every question. She struck the perfect balance of being professional and incredibly personable. Our vendors, families, and wedding party all loved her, and she ran our rehearsal and wedding day with such calm confidence that we were able to just enjoy ourselves because we knew she had everything else handled. She also helped us throughout the day with little tips like where to hold my bouquet so it's not covering my whole dress in pictures—things that are just not on your mind at the moment. We really wanted to work with a queer vendor and our search brought us to Veronica! Very grateful she worked with us for our Chicago wedding. We’d choose her again in a heartbeat.

There are so many wonderful things to say about Veronica and her team, we could not recommend them enough! They are definitely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding from out of state. Having a knowledgeable expert on the ground really put us at ease. Not only was VR team's attention to detail top notch, but they thoughtfully guided us through finalizing our details and executed our day impeccably. Veronica and Amy helped to create the perfect stress-free day and we are so thankful to have had them by our side! We highly recommend them.

We are so incredibly grateful for everything Veronica did to make our wedding day seamless and easy. Not a single thing went wrong all day and I fully believe it was because of Veronica! She was always professional, on time, a clear communicator, and caught my many errors while I planned. Booking Veronica was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding!
