We include tables & 40 chairs with every rental & can comfortably accommodate up to 75 guests for standing receptions & celebrations. At Locale Studios, you have the freedom to design your day your way. You’re welcome to bring in your favorite vendors — from caterers and florists to DJs and photographers — or choose from our curated Preferred Vendor List. We also offer all-inclusive wedding packages that cover everything from setup to tear down, allowing you to simply show up and enjoy every moment. Locale Studio is the best venue I have come across! It is the heart of Main Street in Newhall. The owner, Dyana, is the most incredible host and organizer! They host occassions of all kinds here and even have all inclusive options, where Dyana takes care of everything. We hosted an event here and it went better than I could have ever imagined thanks to Dyana! If I could give 50,000 stars for this venue it still would not be enough! Thanks Dy for your heart and your hustle!

If you’re looking for the perfect space to host an intimate event, look no further than Locale Studios - this place was an absolute DREAM. I recently hosted a 1/2 day retreat for 15 incredible women and the space could not have been more ideal. Cozy enough to feel connected, spacious enough to flow through every part of our experience - meditation, sound bath, food service, workshops, and yes…a full-on dance party. And I have to give the biggest shoutout to Dyana, who went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. Her setup support, thoughtful coordination, and attention to detail made the entire day feel effortless. She truly helped bring the vision to life. If you’re planning a workshop, retreat, women’s gathering, or any kind of soulful event…BOOK THIS STUDIO. We are so lucky a space like this exists in SCV. It’s stunning, easy, supportive, and your guests will feel held from the moment they arrive. Locale Studios - 10/10. Will absolutely be back.

As the event designer behind the Galentine's Brunch celebration, working at Locale Studios was a dream! The space is so versatile and beautifully maintained, which made it easy for us at Eventually Events to bring our vision to life. From the natural lighting to the modern, chic finishes, every detail elevated our design. The owner was incredibly supportive and professional throughout the planning and setup process. Locale Studios is a fantastic venue for any event, and we can't wait to design here again!

Yes, we have reserved parking for our client and their vendors. All guests are able to park in the convenient parking structure or along the street. All parking is complimentary! All guests must enter through the front entrance.

Our standard rental includes a minimum of 5 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes for set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $150 per hour. Our all-inclusive packages include more time and vendors.

Yes however, all Liquor must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Even if you provide your own closed liquor, it must be served by a licensed and insured bartender. This includes hard liquor, beer and wine. You can either find your own approved beverage vendor or you can inquire about our in-house bartending service / preferred vendors! Our bar package can be added on by the client. We will present the client with the approved service packages that our bartender provides. At that time, the client is responsible for providing the garnishes, liquor, beverages, and supplies (such as cups, straws, napkins, etc.) for their event.

Yes, all our facility is wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main front entrance.

If you cancel your event 14 days or less of your booked date, all payments made including initial payments, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event before 14 days of your booked date, the initial payment is non-refundable.

Yes, you are required to get day of event insurance. Most companies range between $70-125. We recommend either: Eventsured https://www.eventsured.com/ or Eventhelper https://www.theeventhelper.com/ Be sure to add alcohol liability if you plan on serving alcoholic beverages.

Absolutely! We love having kids at our space! All we ask is that all children are accompanied by a responsible adult and are not allowed to run, jump, or rough play at the venue in order to prevent injury or damage. The client is financially responsible for all damages/losses occurred during their event and will be charged accordingly.

Yes! We LOVE LOVE animals!!! Animals are welcome as long as the animal is trained and has a caregiver taking care of the animal while in our space.

The capacity of Locale Studios varies depending on the type of event and the setup. Included in every standard rental are tables and chairs for up to 40 guests. The venue comfortably accommodates 75 guests standing for cocktail-style or networking events.
