About this venue
In 1912, our university found its home in Seguin, Texas. “Nineteen Twelve” is more than a date — it’s a declaration. It marks the moment a vision took root: one grounded in faith, built on values, and destined to grow. Our venue honors that beginning — a sacred foundation of hope, unity, and purpose. At Nineteen Twelve, our goal is to create a space where love stories and memorable moments can begin amidst timeless beauty and historic charm. Rooted in over a century of tradition, this venue is more than a location—it’s an experience that honors legacy while celebrating new beginnings. By opening our doors to weddings and special events, we not only generate meaningful revenue to support the mission of our university, but also extend our sense of place, purpose, and hospitality to the greater community.
