Beautiful Outdoor Event Venue Located in Vista California!
The property boasts beautiful outdoor settings. Your guests are sure to be delighted by the calming waterfalls and immaculate gardens, details that contribute to the venue’s relaxing vibe. You can say “I do” at the covered ceremony area before exploring the idyllic grounds. Receptions also take place outside, allowing you and your loved ones to dance the night away beneath the stars.

Our venue accommodates up to 250 seated guests and 300 standing guests. We have room for photo booths or buses, bars, aerialist displays, and any other artistic installs you can imagine! We have the Pavilion Lawn Venue (over 7000 sq. ft. of premium turf) and the Conservatory, a covered garden atrium that comfortably seats over 200 guests under our rainproof glass ceiling (rain plan anyone?!)

Such a perfect venue!
River Garden Weddings & Events was the perfect venue for our wedding. The staff here has great communication, worked well with my coordinator, and were so helpful throughout the whole process. The venue is stunning and has the best little spots for photos - it feels quiet and intimate while also not feeling overcrowded. The team took great care of the space, and we were so impressed by how well-maintained and clean everything was. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, thanks to the amazing team at River Garden Weddings & Events.
Perfect Venue For Our Perfect Day
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to get married! From the very beginning, working with Becca was such a joy. The team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind, always taking the time to answer our questions and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. The venue itself is absolutely stunning — every corner of the space felt magical and created the perfect backdrop for our day. The team went above and beyond to make the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. They were understanding, flexible, and truly cared about making our wedding special. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue, and neither could we. Huge thank you to Becca, Hanna, John Luke, and the entire team for helping make our wedding day so beautiful and unforgettable!

From the moment we booked River Garden Weddings & Events, the team was extremely efficient, quick, and kind in their communication. They brought all of my ideas to life and made me feel special the whole time. The quality of their work was great, and the venue was able to accommodate a large number of guests comfortably.
