All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Brining Plus One Planning LLC on board for our wedding was actually the BEST decision we made. Meredith is a top notch professional. She knows all of the things wedding, event, and planning related, and she is ready to tailor it to your preferences. Big banger, small and intimate, any-budget, eco friendly, dog inclusive, you name it - she wants to know what YOU want, who you are, and she will support you to bring about your wedding in its truest form. We loved that she believes there is no right or wrong type of wedding - only your wedding! She helped us navigate what was important to us (local vendors, intimate celebration, nods to our dogs, relaxed atmosphere but elegant vibe), made sure we didn't miss any details or deadlines between planning and vendors, and was there to communicate and support us throughout the whole process. To this day one of my favorite things she did for us was create a beautiful color pallet for us to provide our families to help inspire their attire choices! She is so creative. Then on the day of she acted in her role as the "day-of-coordinator", something that I wish every couple had for their big day. It made all the difference. We didn't bat an eyelash, wonder, or worry. Everything was seen to, taken care of, and the day rolled on according to plan. Meredith made sure everything was lined up in advance: agenda, helpers, vendor arrivals, etc and her execution of the day was flawless. We were able to enjoy our day and EXPERIENCE our day without having to worry about logistics. To top it off, she is just good people. She is genuine, kind, and caring. She not only talks about taking care of our mental health during the wedding planning process, but she walks the walk. She provided us a great example and support for easing normal anxieties, navigating the array of emotions that comes with big life events, and someone to bounce ideas off when we just needed a little affirmation that yes. We hired Leigh & Co for day-of coordination and were paired with Heather as our main coordinator and Rachel as our assistant coordinator on the day -- both were fantastic and a joy to be around! Heather was very communicative and easy to get in touch with leading up the wedding, which put us at ease. She offered great input in developing the timeline and thinking about the overall flow of the wedding. She brought up several things that we never would have thought of that made things run so smoothly (e.g., suggesting when the officiant should ask to turn cell phones off at the ceremony, how to spread out the toasts during the reception). In setting up the ceremony/reception, Heather and Rachel made our decor look spectacular and kept track of everything special to us (including a few family heirloom pieces), and safely and quickly packed everything up for us at the end of the night. Due to some unexpected heavy traffic in the area, we ended up delaying the start of our ceremony but we didn't worry even for one second that anything would get upended because Heather and Rachel had it covered.

Look no further!!!!! I cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had Sara as our month-of coordinator. From the very beginning, she was a source of calmness in what could have been a very stressful time. Her organizational skills were top-notch, and I could always rely on her to stay on top of every detail. She was genuinely kind, approachable, and made the planning experience so fun. Each booked vendor that came from Sara's recommendation was 10/10. She knows the local wedding industry well, and she respects her clients' budgets without losing quality. Sara’s kindness and sense of humor was a breath of fresh air, and I truly looked forward to every conversation and meeting with her. One of the stand-out things I appreciated most about Sara was how she always had my back. She made sure that our wedding day was exactly how my husband and I envisioned it, no outside opinions or pressures influencing our decisions or timeline. Sara was incredibly respectful and professional with all guests and vendors, yet she kept it real in a way that made me feel totally comfortable to share any worries or thoughts I needed to talk through at any time. She made herself available for communication whenever I needed it, and talking to her truly felt like talking to a close friend—I always felt heard, supported, and like she genuinely cared about making our vision come to life. I knew she would step in and defend our vision no matter what. On the day of the wedding, Sara was beyond prepared. She anticipated every need before I even thought of it, and it was clear that she was completely dedicated to making sure everything ran smoothly. I will always look back on the day with a laugh as I picture Sara saving my dress with her Tide-to-Go pen, among other last-minute necessities she had packed. Sara’s attention to detail was incredible. She went above and beyond by transporting decor to and from various locations and found ways to make everything more convenient for us, so we didn’t have to lift a finger or stress about anything. Everything stayed so organized. Thanks to Sara, we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day without a single worry. Any potential anxiety I had that month was immediately eased, because I knew Sara had it all under control. She took care of every possible roadblock with such grace and efficiency that I didn’t even know there was a potential issue unless she absolutely needed to inform me. She handled everything exactly how I would have wanted, without ever involving me unnecessarily. What I will always remember about Sara is not just her professionalism and reliability, but the kindness, humor, and calming presence she brought to everything she did. She is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We are so grateful for her.

Isabel and TYR were simply the best! We may have been communicating on email, pinterest boards, instagram reels, and text - all at once! And yet somehow it was always cohesive, nothing was ever missed! Isabel has a sound aesthetic for South Asian Weddings, and she understood our unique needs for the pre-wedding Mehendi and Haldi events, and the rituals and traditions for our big day! Communicating with all the vendors, the suggestions for apps, and making our design vision come alive! TYR was part of the family by the end of our wedding week, even our dog would agree!!

Hiring BreAnn to be our day of coordinator was hands down one of the best decisions I could have made. We got married this past June and our day went perfectly, so smooth, no hiccups and this is all because of Bre. Anytime I recommend Bre to a future bride, one thing I always say is that when you consider how much money is going into a wedding - you should also make an investment in making sure your day runs smoothly. Bre met with me a year prior to my wedding, helped create a spreadsheet to keep track of all vendors, gave amazing recommendations on vendors, did a walk through of the venue with me, created timelines, helped with o ur rehearsal & so much more. All of that was done BEFORE the wedding day was even here. Bre goes above and beyond to coordinate all your vendors and puts so much effort in making sure your vision comes to life. The day of my wedding I, nor anyone in the bridal party was bothered with vendor questions which really allowed everyone to just be able to relax. When arriving to our venue Bre had helped set up the decor and everything was stunning. Because I live close by her she even came and picked up my welcome sign prior to the wedding day along with the marriage certificate so I truly had nothing to worry about the day of the wedding. Bre helped everyone stay on track with timing, helped everyone throughout the ceremony know where to stand, when to start walking, etc - which is so helpful when you’re trying to get a bunch of people in a bridal party to listen. Once the wedding was over Bre packed up all of our decor making sure everything was extremely organized and she even took home my flower bouquet since I was having it preserved and helped coordinate that to ensure the bouquet would be safe at the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator - just do it. You truly will not regret hiring Bre, she was the best vendor/decisions I could have made for our wedding!

Blue Belles Weddings was an absolute dream to work with! Hannah's communication style was fast, thoughtful, validating and comforting - she was extremely helpful every step of the way. The quality of her work and value was unparalleled, as she went above and beyond, dotting every i and crossing every t. We were never worried about passing anything off to Hannah. When we had to change our entire wedding venue just 10 days before the date, Hannah helped us deal with the fallout of the previous venue, found us a new one, and planned basically an entire new wedding in less than two weeks. She also is just the best person in general. She is so funny and genuinely became our friend through the entire process, helping to keep us calm and answer any question we had. I often felt like I had dumb questions or needed validation on something we were feeling crazy about, and Hannah was always there to make us feel better. We truly don't know what we would have done without her, especially with our extreme last minute wedding change. We are beyond grateful and lucky to have a friend in Hannah now!
