The check-ins throughout the planning process were always well timed and exactly as thorough as we wanted and needed them to be at each juncture. Charisa was especially helpful in providing us a timeline months before my event to keep me on track with all of the little things that may otherwise have added up and led to last minute stress – instead, all was easy breezy. We cherished the tips given from Charisa because there were plenty of things we never would have thought of, and Charisa was always several steps ahead of us in addressing them and/or flagging any concerns related to our plans. Charisa was our point-person on the day, and I’m not sure she could have done a better job had she spent every moment up to the event planning with us! TLDR: Claire is the absolute best!! If you are looking for a wedding planner, you can stop looking now. I am a very type A person with high expectations and Claire has exceeded them all! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank her more. Please see our pictures, credited to Alicia King Photography (https://aliciakingphotography.com/) First: She is a real problem solver - our dream venue was non-negotiable (and one she found/recommended!), but we had issues finding certain vendors (not the venue’s fault, mainly had to do with timing). For example, we were having trouble finding our perfect florist, transportation and hair and makeup - Claire used her contacts and relationships and were able to find the most wonderful team for us and we could not be more grateful. It was true dedication for her to take matters into her own hands when my husband and I were thinking of giving up (i.e., we started looking into DIY options) and it is a testament to her reputation, character, and professionalism that certain vendors decided to make exceptions for us just to be able to work with her again Second: She has great judgment - many parts of the wedding process are not straightforward, and it was great to have Claire be a sounding board for what to do and what not to do. She will always try to give us what we want, but that does not mean that she’s a “yes-woman” and she will always offer her perspective with clear rationale when asked. Third: She cares so much - you can tell she genuinely wants to have each wedding be the best it can be! As you look through her portfolio (check out her instagram “@wewedwell”, where she began making reels post weddings) you’ll see that each wedding is unique and beautiful - no cookie cutter copy and paste here! Our respect for Claire grew through the little moments, whether it’s her proactive emails/lists telling us our immediate next steps (many of which would never occur to me), following up with vendors without prompting, super organized Google drive for resources, and just being extremely responsive (or proactively telling us when she may be slower to respond while working a wedding/on vacation/etc) We loved working with Claire!

Working with Ani Wolff and her team in preparation for our wedding was the single best decision we could have made. Ani’s a great wedding planner that brings empathy, clear communication, close attention to detail, transparency, and flexibility to the process. She’s the person you’ll want to work with to make your planning, and wedding day itself, run seamlessly. We would recommend Ani as an essential part of your wedding and wedding planning process. We met with Ani shortly after getting engaged where she shared her process, expertise, and transparent estimates for her services. She also helped us to understand what our overall budget could be for the wedding that we wanted to have. We felt like we could trust Ani right out of the gate. After deciding to work with her, we met on a monthly cadence to discuss options for things like venue, vendors, details, and timelines. She kept track of all of our details on a project management platform to which we had access. This kept us on track with what we had to work on, well ahead of schedule with most decisions, and relatively stress-free throughout the process. When it came to venues, vendors, and purchases, Ani did a great job of taking our expectations, budget, and general intended vibe for our wedding to source the right people/things. She has a great pulse on the best folks to work with and matched us up to 3-5 options to choose from. They were all amazing which made decision-making tough — a great problem to have! Ani is also flexible and consultative in how she works with you. We thought we had a clear idea of the kind of venue we wanted, but the first one we decided to look at (and ultimately the one we went with) was a departure from that. Ani was sure to check in with us to communicate that, but she swung with us when we we expressed interest in things we hadn’t fully entertained before. I would recommend having some idea of what you’d like, but just know that Ani is easily able to help you fill in the gaps. Overall, the planning process was seamless and Ani kept us on schedule so that we really weren’t stressed out about any of the logistical and aesthetic details of the wedding, giving us plenty of space to manage the personal parts of planning. As for the weekend of the wedding, Ani, Gab, and Gab ran the show like the pros that they are. Ani was there to orchestrate our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party and everything went off without a hitch. This gave us the ability to be fully present with our guests. The day of the wedding was no different. Ani and her team were the first people we saw when we started preparing for the day at the crack of 8am. Ani had a very solid timeline that was shared with all of our vendors and the venue and we stuck to it. They did an amazing job of getting all of our VIPs into position for the events of the day like hair/makeup, photos, and lunch. Ani was even sure to align with our VIPs on fielding questions and concerns about various things throughout the day. Basically, Ani and her team were there to manage any and all issues that popped up (hardly any did), so we could be free to be excited about getting married! She took the very few high-stress moments and brought us back down to earth. Like I said, working with Ani was the best decision we made for our wedding. We were lucky to have met her and planned our wedding with her, and our only regret is that we don’t get to plan another wedding with again soon.

Hiring Elizabeth for month-of coordination was truly one of the best decisions that we made during the wedding planning process. When we say Taylor EXCEEDED our expectations, we truly mean that. From start to finish Taylor was such a calming and supportive presence in our lives. During the planning portion of our event, Taylor communicated with all of our vendors and made sure we were always on the same page. She was organized and had all of our contracts, seating charts, floor plans etc all in one google doc making it extremely easy to follow and stay on track. She was always responsive and answered every single question we could possibly have. As the wedding got closer, we had weekly calls to make sure we tied up any loose ends and that all the vendors were on the same page. The wedding day was beyond perfect. Taylor looked like a boss woman the whole time with her clipboard and made sure that she was keeping everyone in line and on track of time. There were a few times when things didn’t go as planned like having to move the ceremony inside due to rain and changing the floorpan last minute but she handled that with STRIDE. She made all the executive decisions and explained them to us calmly. We trusted that no matter what, she would make the best decision for us in the end and she 100% did! Everything ended up working out better than planned and we will be talking about this day for years to come. At the end of the event, Taylor helped all the vendors pack everything up and out of the venue and made sure that nothing was left behind. We could not recommend her enough as your wedding planner. She is strong, resilient and intelligent. She is organized, reliable and knows exactly what she is doing! You can really see how much she loves what she does and how she strives to be the best she can be every step of the way. Shout out to her assistant Joy for everything she had her hands on, including being so delicate and gentle while steaming my heavy wedding dress and taking some incredible behind the scenes shots of our day and for just being another amazing person to rely on. We couldn’t have asked for a better team!!!!

We had Christina do our month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding and she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! She is so super knowledgable about everything and has such good instincts about event planning. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. I had multiple people from the wedding party ask "wait so that's your coordinator?" and then follow with something along the lines of "she's awesome she just told me where to go and what to do so fast - and I was like YES M'AM" All of the party loved working with her, from my parents to my in-laws. I cannot stress enough how much of an amazing person she is through and through - and if you're lucky enough to get in her books for your wedding, you won't regret it!!

Working with Jamie was truly better than I could have imagined! She was our day-of coordinator for our September 2025 wedding, but truly, she was there for us with support and planning from Day 1. Above all, I appreciated her organizational skills, positive and sweet personality, and undeniable talent. She is incredibly warm, personable, and easy to talk to, and was able to calm my nerves about so many different factors for the wedding. Jamie was always there through the process to answer my "silly" questions when I felt overwhelmed with the planning. We hired a day-of coordinator because although we wanted to own the process of planning the wedding, we did not want to be point persons for vendor questions, logistics, and issues on the day of the wedding. We chose Merry By Mia because we instantly felt like we were in good hands, were reassured by the fact that Mia herself had recently gotten married and knew firsthand what kind of stressors and wrinkles go into a wedding day, and because we were impressed with her podcast. We benefited greatly from working with Merry by Mia! We had a sounding board for questions throughout the planning process, making big undertakings (like finding and booking transportation for 120 people!) much much simpler. And of course, on the day of, we would not have rested nearly as easy if we hadn't known that Mia was there to represent our best interests when we couldn't be there ourselves. We also heavily relied on Mia to understand what we wanted/what was important to us and translate that to our other vendors, especially when we felt we weren't being listened to. This was invaluable to us. Overall, we were incredibly satisfied! From big planning moments down to helping me into my reception dress, the day would not have gone nearly as smoothly without Mia. I would absolutely recommend working with Merry because from my experience, Mia was reliable, understanding, and excited! It means a lot when vendors who live and breathe weddings still have the ability to get as excited over the details as you do. I would say to absolutely prioritize this expense in your budget. For me, I know that if I had allocated that money to any other line item I wouldn't have been able to fully enjoy it because I would be dealing with so much unnecessary stress and wrangling without a point person. Mia went above and beyond, listening to the long list of very particular requests we had and made sure everything was perfect. We're so thankful to her! “

I don’t think I could say enough good things about Kayce. She is so attentive with her work. She knows everything you need to make your day perfect, and she has it on hand through her inventory so you don’t have to do all the extra work! When things went a little crazy on my wedding day (I’m talking outdoor flooding, pop up tents blowing away, and a last minute ceremony location change), she handled everything with ease and grace! She was able to locate a shop vac to remove water, locate an additional tent set up, and coordinate everyone who was helping out to make my day happen! Things were absolutely perfect with Kayce in charge. I genuinely do not know what I would have done without her! 1000000% worth it to put your faith in her to make your day magical!
