We absolutely LOVED working with Justine at Mills Memories for our special day! Justine went above and beyond at every step of the way for us. We knew we needed a coordinator for the day of, but Justine met with us about once a month for almost a full year leading up to the wedding. She made sure we were staying on track with all the to-dos and even provided a checklist for us to work through. The week of the wedding she was on top of everything. All of our other vendors sang her praises and we can confirm, working with Justine made our whole wedding day so much smoother. She also came to our rehearsal which was a huge help, not only because it was great that she knew how everything at the church should go on the day of, but also because I had a wardrobe malfunction and she was there to help my matron of honor sew me into my rehearsal dinner dress. To top it all off, when we were going through the cards from our wedding night, we found the sweetest card from Justine, which was such a beautifully kind gesture. We are so grateful for all the hard work and dedication that Justine put into our wedding day and we can’t recommend her enough!

Matt spent 24 years in the service industry, catering weddings and galas under master-chefs at 5 star venues throughout the country. My husband and I worked with Danielle as our month-of coordinator for our wedding and we are so happy we did! I have worked alongside Stacey Rogan on numerous weddings and have found that she is a planner in a league of her own. This is attributed to her innate ability to build meaningful friendships with the couples she serves as well as the extraordinary vendors she brings on board. The extra time she puts into getting to know the couple is apparent in the final product; Stacey does a fantastic job of bringing the couple's personality to the forefront of their special day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention her problem-solving abilities. Even with the most perfect planning, outside factors can have a negative influence on the wedding day. Just this year, there was a road closure that prevented vendors from reaching the entrance of the venue. Stacey called me beforehand to let me know and worked with me to find alternate routes so I and other vendors would be able to arrive on time and the wedding could run as intended. I don’t think I can truly explain or fit into a review how amazing Kris with unKAGed events is! We hired Kris because this was a destination wedding for us and we needed help with locating vendors and wanted to feel like we had someone that we could work with in the area that was familiar with the industry and able to coordinate day of for us. I had my initial call with Kris and immediately felt comfortable and listened to with any questions or concerns I had with planning. She offered us different vendors for catering, rentals, dj and cake. She setup up tastings and meetings with all vendors making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every vendor we went with. Kris went above and beyond being CCd on every email and on every call. She provided quick and accurate information throughout the planning process. We ran into issues with our venue along the way and Kris was right there beside us helping us and working through it. What can feel like the chaos of wedding planning we knew we could trust her and rely on her. When it came to day of as a bride it’s hard to feel like you don’t have full control over your day. However trusting Kris after working with her leading up to the big day I knew she was going to do all she could to bring my vision to life and make the best decisions for our wedding. She did just that! I can’t put into words how much she did for us - from all the work leading up, rehearsal, setting up ceremony site, setting up cocktail hour, setting up the reception tables and seating chart and then breaking it all down after - she truly does it all!! I knew I was hiring someone to help us along the way and for the day of our wedding what I didn’t know is I was hiring someone who would care about us the way she did.

I used G'S All Around Production for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. We had a Sesame Street Theme and my daughter absolutely loved it! Everything was put together nicely and done in a timely manner, including providing us with a contract and answering my husband and I quickly. The owner Geraldine was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had an amazing day. We had guests coming from out of town so we wanted to make sure they ate right away and the party started on time and Geraldine made it happen. G's All Around Production contacted the caterers for the event and made sure all the food was out on time, decorations were put up, made sure the pinata was strung, put out party favors and provided a great Sesame Street cake as well. With all the care Geraldine put into this event, I will definitely use G's All Around Production Again!

She made sure she had a point of contact and verified all the details so that nothing slipped through the cracks. That level of preparation gave us so much peace of mind. On the big day, Caroline was everything and more. She was calm, collected, and full of life. She seamlessly managed every detail while keeping the energy light and fun. She vibed effortlessly with our families (which was no small feat—our crew is chaotic), and somehow made everyone feel seen, heard, and cared for. Things definitely went wrong behind the scenes—because that’s just how weddings go—but I, the bride, never heard a single thing about it. That’s the magic of Caroline. My husband and I had drinks in hand at all times, and every single moment we had planned happened on time, correctly, and seamlessly. It was like watching our vision come to life without lifting a finger. We did not deserve her. She was truly priceless. We got the full planning package, The End to a New Beginning. Miranda was there helping me plan for an entire year to bring our Sleepy Hollow wedding vibe come to life. She also suggested floral and decor vendors, which we ended up using and they were fantastic. The bridal suite she set up with a charcuterie and champagne tower and it was so cute!!! She brought all us girls coffee at 8am and a his and hers gift after the wedding. Highly recommend.

We came to her with a big ask: pull off a multi-day, inter-religious, multi-cultural wedding weekend in NYC. Claire more than delivered on both our Bangladeshi Gaye Holud and American wedding events. Her full planning service was the best wedding decision we made, hands down. Claire is well-connected in the industry because everyone she works with loves her. This helped us select top-quality vendors. Her 10 years of experience pulled through when she uncovered problematic vendor contract clauses that we initially overlooked. She led every site visit and asked important questions we wouldn’t have thought of. She kept us on track over the course of 14 months, so we didn’t rush or make hasty decisions as our wedding date approached. Planning with Claire was a great experience. She always returned our emails quickly and thoughtfully (and trust me, we emailed her A LOT). The fact that she is a part-time planner gave us no cause for concern. Her corporate experience came in handy for us as a working couple; we bonded over our love for spreadsheets and lists. Our Gaye Holud event in particular had many moving parts and vendors, but Claire swiftly kept track of everyone’s responsibilities. Her efforts helped uncover and resolve problems before the event took place. Claire is a creative force, too. She never planned a Bangladeshi event before, but gave us great ideas and solutions when we encountered a problem. Her flexibility and creativity is a large part of why we chose her as our planner. Day-of coordination was fantastic. Claire dealt with locked out vendors, missing items, and delayed timelines seamlessly. We were so impressed with how Claire handled every situation with poise, and it really made our day feel so much less stressful. A bonus? She captures amazing day-of content so you have photos and videos right away, the day after! If you’re looking for a wedding planner, we recommend Claire with flying colors.
