From the very beginning, Kayla's communication style was super communicative, professional, responsive, and she was super easy to get along with. She always made me feel really comfortable throughout my planning process and never made me feel like I was crazy throughout the whole thing (even though I felt like it lol). She was incredible to work with, always available when I needed her and making me feel supported and confident leading up to the big day. The quality of Kayla and work and attention to detail was nothing short of amazing - Kayla and her team, Ryleigh, executed our vision with perfection, creating a beautiful and carefully curated event. The florals were absolutely stunning, straight out of a magazine, and the table execution was better than I could have ever imagined. Genuinely felt like I was living a fairytale and I never wanted the day to end! Although there were a few minor hiccups throughout the day (as is typical for any wedding), Aisle Daisy handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes so my husband and I literally had no idea - which is exactly what you want from your wedding coordinators/florists and all of your vendors. We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

A wedding planner is there not only for when everything goes according to plan, but also in the event something goes wrong, or is unexpected; on the day of your wedding (and everything leading up to the big day) a couple needs to trust that no matter what, the wedding planner will be there to support the couple’s needs and ease any stress for the couple. Kianna and her team at Golden Hour Events perfectly embody this. No matter what happened, Kianna was there to handle and make sure everything was running smoothly, so that as the bride and groom, we could enjoy our special day without the additional stress of the event or day of logistics (Kianna even ran to our hotel room to grab the groom extra contact lenses when his fell out right before the mother-son dance). The ability to relax and enjoy the wedding day because of our trust in the wedding planner provided an immeasurable comfort that is invaluable to the bride and groom. This trust is something that Kianna and her team provided us, and we confidently know they will provide any couple the same on their wedding day. The planning process for a wedding takes months of active and ongoing work, often with difficult decisions, yet fun moments. Having Kianna alongside us from start to finish ensured that the entire process was operating smoothly and effectively – she helped us navigate the unknowns of planning a wedding, tactfully navigated varying family personalities, and celebrated our joy with us. Especially because we were planning our Montana wedding from out of state, it was comforting to know that Kianna could refer us and connect with vendors on the ground. Even when we had changes to the guest list a week before the wedding (causing stress for the bride), Kianna calmly handled the changes, alleviating the bride’s stress. In addition to gracefully handling and managing the behind-the-scenes for the wedding, Kianna and her team perfectly designed our wedding decor. As a little girl, I always imagined what my wedding would look like and never thought my dream could come true. However, from walking down the aisle at the church, to the first look at the reception room (the culmination of nearly a year of planning), I was able to experience my dream wedding – and I attribute that all to the Golden Hour Events team. Their level of creativity, eye for artistry, elegance, and tastefulness, and attention to detail (right down to the napkins, linens, menus, table numbers, and seating chart) are unmatched. When I opened the doors to the reception ballroom for the first time, I was overcome with so much emotion, as Kianna turned my vision into a reality, while far surpassing my dreams. She transformed an empty ballroom into a beautiful and breathtaking pink wonderland. While the Golden Hour Events team was all around amazing, their unique designs and willingness to go above and beyond for us really stood out as particularly impressive – rather than the same cookie-cutter wedding decor, Kianna constantly was suggesting decor that truly was different and reflected my personal vision. She also tracked down cushions that were the exact size of our chairs when I asked if our chairs could have cushions; she even had her family drive an ice cream cart from Texas to Montana for our dessert ice cream sundae bar. Hi! I'm Brooklyn - the owner! I'm 23 years old & happily married to my best friend, Michael. Traveling is a huge part of our lives, WDW is our happy place, & our next adventure is never far away. When I'm not at a wedding, you can usually find me in a local thrift store with a fun fruity drink. I recently graduated from KSU with a B.S. in Hospitality & Event Management. I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing couples & vendors in several states. Brooklyn truly made our wedding what it was — we could not have done any of it without her! From the very beginning, she was so easy to communicate with: down-to-earth, organized, and always one step ahead. She even helped connect us with other vendors during the planning process, which was such a huge help. But the real magic happened on the day of the wedding. Brooklyn was everywhere — handling the flowers, the centerpieces, setting up every little detail, and making sure everything ran smoothly. I genuinely don’t know how she did it all while still managing to keep drinks and food in our hands the entire night! She even helped bustle my very complicated wedding dress (I have picture proof!) — somehow figuring it out with total ease when everyone else was stumped. She was so intuitive, always knowing exactly what needed to happen next before we even realized it. Beyond just being amazing at her job, Brooklyn is also incredibly fun and easy to talk to. She brought such a calm, grounded energy to what could have been a hectic and overwhelming day. Because of her, I actually got to enjoy my wedding. That’s a gift I’ll never forget. Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. Thank you so much Ashley, for EVERYTHING that you did, and for ALL of your help in making our wedding day so unbelievably perfect!!

I cannot say thank you enough to Steph! She was absolutely amazing. She was so committed to learning what aspects of the wedding were most important to us and making sure they happened on the day of. For example, we were getting caught up in the dancing and were going to skip the cake cutting. She didn’t push, she just asked, “Are you sure? You told me that this was something that was important to you, so I just want to check”. And I’m so thankful she did that, because it’s one of my favorite wedding moments! She went absolutely above and beyond for us. I am currently in medical school and was so stressed leading up to the wedding, but Steph made me feel like it was possible. She was so organized and wrote out every detail we discussed. She went out of her way to suggest some vendors we were struggling to book last minute, and the list goes on. I cannot recommend Steph enough. She is wonderful and sweet and kind and I cannot believe I found her! We could not have done it without her.
