Brandi's team busted their butts all day long to make sure no detail was left out, it was nice not having to worry about a thing on my special day. 8 weeks out from the wedding, Brandi helped me get organized and contact vendors for me. She was willing to meet with us on facetime often, helped us brainstorm/decide certain design decisions for the details of our day, and was a great listener. Her taste is very sophisticated and she has a ton of experience with tablescapes/vintage styling so we trusted her to match/uphold our vision for our centerpieces, memory table, escort card table, matchbooks favors, etc. and also to come up with vignettes for the space on her own, as well. Our original venue day-of-coordinator actually ended up being out sick the day of our wedding, and Meghan quickly stepped in to help with my veil, getting us water, & making sure our things were in the right place at the right time, and even capturing a little BTS content which was fun to watch the next morning, etc. You will not regret booking/working with her!!

My wedding was multicultural, and she did a beautiful job incorporating traditions from both sides seamlessly. When we had a last minute venue change, she handled it with so much calm and professionalism. I can’t tell you how happy I am that I found Amalia and Jenna from butterfly effect weddings!! I purchased the Day-Of Coordinator service, hoping that I’d be able to take the decorating, last minute organization, and vendor communication off my plate after everything was planned and booked. But these two experts did this, and SO much more. They helped create and edit the whole wedding timeline, took over communication with vendors starting 7 days BEFORE the wedding, put together my very complicated favor table without a hitch, offered to create signage, ran the music for our ceremony and cocktail hours, and they even did a last minute transport of my wedding bouquets and boutonierres because they were delivered to the wrong building. Abiola became a calm presence when we were stressed, a creative light when we felt stuck, and a true advocate when we needed our voices heard. She was able to support us from out of state yet, it always felt like she was right there beside us present, organized, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. Her ability to listen and lead at the same time is something we’ll never forget. Every vendor and guest who interacted with her had nothing but glowing feedback. She didn’t just coordinate, she connected. When things didn’t go as planned, She worked with what she was given and she carried it all with grace, protecting the peace and joy of our day. Abiola softened every misstep, elevated every moment, and somehow her and her team made the entire experience more beautiful than we could have imagined. That’s not something you can find on a checklist. After the wedding, my husband who rarely says much—turned to me and said: "If we had to do this all over again, I’d want her from DAY ONE." Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. I was referred to Keyta, and her team about 6 months before my wedding. From our very first conversation, I immediately trusted her with helping my husband and I make sure the day flowed seamlessly. She was there from the very beginning, to the very end. She even made sure my husband and I had a dinner plate at our table!! That was special. The flower wall she provided was absolutely beautiful for my event, and matched my theme perfectly.. She took valuable time to call me during non business hours which I appreciated so much! She was calm, cool and collective. It really helped my stress level to have her coordinate our wedding. She answered all and every question I had during the process . When I walked in the room initially I was in tears for how well they put everything together considering it was a total DIY wedding. Keyta was also very flexible as well. The most important part was the kindness she showed throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciate her and her team for helping to create one of the best days of my life. From start to finish Sarah was an incredible resource when it came to planning. We hired Sarah for full planning and it made the whole wedding planning process a breeze. While we knew a few key vendors we wanted to book, she was able to provide us with options for additional vendors categories. She handled the communication with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Additionally, she was able to help us design vision boards to ensure we knew what we were looking for. The day of our wedding her team was incredible at setting up our decor and working with our vendors to ensure everything was on track. Throughout our ceremony and reception her team made sure we were on time and had everything we needed from fresh drinks to extra cake slices on our sweetheart table.
