Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! One thing I especially loved about working with him is the music planning app that acts as a very thorough planning platform for the wedding. You can build an entire timeline of events and select what to play and how long to play it for in the app. Their app is great especially if you don’t have a planner/coordinator to plan your timeline. DJ Topedo is also very responsive to emails and is and on top of everything. We had a fantastic experience with him and couldn’t recommend him enough!!”
