Abigail was INCREDIBLE. I think of the entire wedding, hiring her was the best decision my (now) husband and I made. Neither of us had ever been to a wedding - and she explained/assisted with what decisions needed to be made, what we may have forgotten, and provided recommendations based on her experience. There were a few meetings prior to the day of the wedding, and I’ll be honest, I forgot to put 2 of them in my calendar. She didn’t treat me differently, and she was quite understanding and flexible - which meant a lot. She helped make my day the perfect day. I namely wanted a day-of coordinator to take the pressure off myself as well as my mom - and she did just that. She encouraged my mom to enjoy the day, she kept all logistical stuff out of my hands on the day. My mom told me after the fact that there was an issue with the table numbers, and Abigail was already working on a backup plan while they were still looking for the table numbers. It ended up working out - but I didn’t know anything about it till after. Her and her sister, Bree, provided a sense of calm and collected on the wedding day and stayed throughout the entire wedding. Abigail was there the night before at our rehearsal - and truly helped make it super smooth. Her and Bree were there as soon as the venue opened and left after they loaded all the decor in the car. Our card box was in our room, and the room was more made up than previously. It was magical. They truly were above and beyond. I am so grateful I hired Abigail and would recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator. You will not be disappointed!!

If I could go back in time and choose a decorator again I would choose Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinators again without a doubt! The title says it all... Emily is IN-CRED-I-BLE!!! We worked with Emily for well over a year on our wedding and she handled anything and everything that we needed help with. Whether it was finding vendors/venues and contacting them, handling paperwork, setting up calls, tours, etc., Emily put our mind at ease with it and took care of it. She's also incredibly personable and fun to talk to! By the time our wedding came, it was bittersweet because we had looked forward to our weekly calls with her! On the day of our wedding Emily was a superhero..... She helped set things up, make sure everything ran smoothly, helped tear down at the end of the night, and packed our car with decorations and things we had brought for us so we had nothing to worry about. We HIGHLY highly highly (I'll say again) HIGHLY recommend hiring Emily for ANY event, but definitely hire her if you're getting married!! I found Alexa on the Knot and booked her for Monarch’s full wedding planning package as my husband & I were planning a wedding outside of Chicago in an unconventional venue, 9 months away, and lived in another state. It was a big challenge but from the initial consultation, we loved Alexa’s energy, organization, commitment and just knew we could trust her with our once in a lifetime event. The planning process was extremely organized, thorough and well-paced. She matched my attention to detail, tackled unplanned challenges with ferocity (which included a limited selection of vendors given the location of our venue) and was as dedicated to bringing my very specific vision to life as I was. She brought great vendor recommendations and connections and did countless hours of research on new vendors. Details were well-documented and thoroughly discussed to ensure all parties were aligned. Even though our venue was farther outside Chicago (Indiana), she ran several venue walkthroughs in-person, attended vendor visits with me, and always accommodated my husband and I’s busy schedule. As Alexa started to step away for her maternity leave (which started right before our wedding date), she did an amazing job ensuring her team was fully prepared to handle last minute preparations and day-of responsibilities. The day-of team of 3 were awesome with completely handling all details A-Z so I didn’t have to worry about anything, even despite some last minute changes due to weather! Due to the complexity of our venue, its location, short timeline, and being from out-of-state, we are SO GLAD we booked Monarch for their full planning package and had the privilege of working with Alexa! She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). Her attention to detail was unparalleled - she was extremely effective and efficient in executing our wedding day flawlessly. I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about anything once Cora showed up, as she made it so I could focus on enjoying my day without stressing over the little things. We used Blissfully Organized as our day-of coordinator, and Cora helped make sure the rehearsal ran smoothly before showing up on the wedding day and bringing our vision to life. I cannot recommend Blissfully Organized Events highly enough!

I cannot recommend 1945 Event Co. enough! Brittany and Sandy were absolutely amazing as our day-of coordinators and design team. They attended our rehearsal dinner to ensure everything was planned and organized, and on the wedding day, they flawlessly set up and tore down all of the décor. The fact that they provided decor rentals made things so convenient! They brought my vision to life by setting up our centerpieces, memorial table, and all other decorations perfectly. Everything looked stunning and exactly as I imagined. Beyond that, they kept the entire day running smoothly, ensuring that everything flowed effortlessly and stress-free. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to making sure we had a perfect day were incredible. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, and it made such a difference in allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding day.

From the very beginning, Michelle was a true professional and a calming presence. April was FANTASTIC!! I was unsure whether or not I wanted a coordinator- I had a hard time “giving up” control of my big day. When I first spoke with April- I knew that she was THE ONE! Kind, patient, understanding, and also a little bit of a perfectionist. ;) I hired April as “Day of Coordinator” only. April took everything I gave her on my wedding day and ran with it. She took my planning binder and I said “Good Luck!” She made it all happen! She quickly and effortlessly made my dream wedding perfect. She helped with decor, setting up, getting my dress on, helping me use the bathroom, putting my shoes on… anything you could think of!! And the professionalism and kindness was next level! A few days/weeks later, my bridesmaids told me about little fires that April put out that I had no idea about- problems with the DJ, the groomsmen trying to get drunk before walking down the aisle (April stopped them), and our Happily Ever After sign that kept falling. She handled all of this without me even knowing! The best decision I made (besides who to marry) on the day of my wedding was hiring April!! You won’t regret it!!

Breasia did an excellent job catching up and staying organized with our large wedding (220 guests, 20 person bridal party). She was fantastic from first communication until after our wedding! Hiring Ohana and working with Sonya was easily the best decision we made while wedding planning. I was hesitant to hire an outside coordinator because we had a venue coordinator, but the venue coordinator does not do nearly the amount that Ohana does. Hiring Ohana is a NEED. I was first introduced to Danielle and we instantly connected. I felt she understood my vision and wanted to help create our dream wedding. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Sonya for the 90-day coordination package and she was the kindest, most patient, and organized planner. She responded quickly to emails and answered all of my questions, she took over communication with vendors and relieved much of the planning stress, she provided detailed checklists and kept me on track. She also created a detailed by the minute itinerary for the entire weekend for us, our vendors, and a shorthand version for our bridal party which was extremely helpful. Our wedding day was seamless with no hiccups and I can honestly thank Sonya for that. She made sure to keep the day moving on schedule, communicated with all of the vendors, and made sure to check in with me often. Even wedding guests and our parents gave raving reviews for Sonya. My husband and I agree that hiring Ohana and being able to work with Sonya was the best investment we would do all over again, and we recommend them to everyone. I wish I had hired Sonya sooner! Best wedding coordinator of all time. It is true, Ohana means family, and that is exactly how the team treats you.
