“Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. I would book him for everything if I could. BOOK THIS DJ. You will NOT regret it!”

I wanted to have both live music and a DJ set at the reception, and many people told me I couldn’t for varrying reasons. “DJ Steven and Stumptown were excellent! DJ Steven, while being a Tier 2 DJ, was more like a Tier 10! We really wanted a fun and populated dancefloor at our wedding and DJ Steven delivered! He was great at reading the crowd and playing songs that got everyone on their feet. He also surprised us by bringing a bubble gun, lights, and a 360 cam. What was most spectacular was that DJ Steven also created a special mix for our first dance so that we could do a fun choreographed dance to it. Our guests absolutely loved it, and we couldn’t be more thankful to Steven for making it happen. He helped us select songs for all phases of the wedding and was able to really set the mood throughout the entire event. We received numerous compliments from guests about how the wedding was so upbeat and had an awesome party atmosphere; DJ Steven was a large part of that! Hi! We're Restless Vocal Band - award-winning, high energy, a cappella from the Greater Seattle Area. We're all the fun of a cover band but with voices only. Our set list spans decades of music, from the 1940's through today, and covers a vast amount of genres: Motown, Doowop, pop, rock, jazz, R&B, rap and even a little country.

“I cannot say enough about how happy I am that I hired Restless Voices for our holiday wedding. I have always loved a capella and when we decided to a smallish (40) person at home wedding, I knew I needed something that would be the right size for the venue while still being uplifting and engaging for the crowd that spanned generations. I reached out to Jordyn when we were all still dealing with COVID and they were so accommodating to my questions, worked with me on pricing, offered and helped me figure out sound for the ceremony, and provided DJ services. They were on time, dressed as promised, super flexible (it rained all day), and just all around nice. EVERYONE loved them and people I've never seen dance got up and shook their groove thang. As a side, the week of the wedding I had a family emergency occur in my immediate family and we were contemplating possibly postponing. When I told Jordyn she was so empathetic and supportive and while I'm thrilled we went forward, I can't say enough about how much her response meant. I continue to get calls from people who attended about who they were and have made at least 2 referrals. I am hopeful to have the pleasure of using them again for future parties!”
