That kind of responsiveness and care meant so much to us, especially in the week leading up to the wedding with things get hectic. He went above and beyond for our rehearsal, helping us run through every detail and setting up mics and speakers so efficiently that everything flowed seamlessly. It gave us such a peace of mind knowing he had everything under control. On the wedding day, Colin handled two complete sound setups - his wireless one for our outdoor ceremony and his main for the reception - and both were absolutely flawless! The sound quality was perfect the entire day; guests could hear every word of our ceremony and every speech crystal clear. There wasn’t a single hiccup. Then came one of the biggest surprises of the night - cold sparks! Colin and my husband had planned them without me knowing, and it was truly one of my favorite parts of the evening. It made our first dance feel straight out of a movie and the photos from that moment are unreal. If anyone is on the fence about adding cold sparks - DO IT! You won’t regret it. The Photo Booth was a huge hit with our guests! Colin recently upgraded with a printer which people were obsessed with being able to take home their photos (a little built in favor). It kept guests entertained all night long and added such a fun, interactive element to our reception. What really stood out though, was how Colin and his wife (who was his wonderful assistant that day) made everything so personal. They were professional yet warm, blending right into the crowd and truly feeling like family celebrating alongside us. Colin kept the energy flowing, a smooth timeline, and the dance floor full all night long. Looking back, we can’t imagine our day without Sound Love. Colin helped make everything easy, stress-free, and so much fun. I include a lot of the most popular item request as part of my normal offering with no upselling or "for an extra fee". I try to keep it simple sweet and most of all I try to take as much of the worry off your plate and put it on mine even for day of wedding task.

“As another vendor, I believe Dallas is clearly passionate about providing an excellent experience for his clients. He took the time to meet with me to walk through the venue prior to the wedding to make sure he was prepared. We had several phone conversations and it was clear he put a lot of thought and effort into the extra little details that could elevate the event for the Bride & Groom. Dallas can be talkative, but I think it's because he's so set on going above and beyond for his clients! During the wedding, he was professional and attentive. The couple wanted to go between dancing and karaoke during the reception and Dallas made it happen while taking requests from the guests. There was a slight issue with the microphone sound during the reception when he would announce certain things (line up for buffet, remember to sign the guest book, etc - this was NOT an issue during speeches), but I feel like it may have been the venue. Overall, I would recommend Raven Blu Entertainment for anyone looking for a DJ!”

Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well.
