When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. She handles business, and gives confidence to her clients. Thank you Ashley and Rose Event Co. for turning what could have been a disaster into a day dream!

All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. Her team also went above and beyond the day-of to ensure every aspect of our special day was executed flawlessly. McKenzie took over all of the small details leading up to and including the big day, and most importantly, allowed us to actually live in the moment during our wedding. I have been planning events for the last 20 years, on the side. I have always loved hosting people, and I've done a few bridal and baby showers. At my previous job, I helped plan several employee luncheons and holiday parties, with about 100-150 employees attending. I even led the planning a few times. In the summers of 2021 and 2022, I became an on-site wedding coordinator for a local venue, with 5 weddings each summer. In 2023, I coordinated 11 weddings, and in 2024, I coordinated and planned 17 weddings. I'm halfway booked up for 2025!

She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. I’ve been working in the wedding industry since before I had a driver’s license. My father is a SoCal based wedding videographer of twenty years. When I was a teenager, I spent hours talking about and planning my dream wedding. Unfortunately, I didn’t keep that energy rolling into my 20s. When my fiancé and I finally got engaged, I checked my old Pinterest board and found nothing but tacky, out of date, “a teenager definitely planned this in 2010” ideas. I realized I would have to plan an entire wedding from scratch in just 4 months, and panic set in. Finn got me back into Newly Engaged Bliss mode, where I belonged. I communicated a general vibe that my fiancé and I were looking for, and they helped us build that vibe into a vision and nail down specifics. They were also more than accommodating when I had to change the wedding venue not once, but TWICE. Finn managed all of the chaos while helping us design a ceremony that felt like us: warm, welcoming, and alive, with not a single mason jar centerpiece or strip of burlap in sight. While working an event, by the end of the night, everyone was calling me "Mom" because I was there for whatever they needed and it made us all laugh. In looking back at these moments and the feedback from my past clients and colleagues, it makes me proud to think that "everyone needs a Bradie." Everyone needs that person who will support them, hype them up, keep them on track, and be your advocate. In life, that person is likely your partner.

Bradie is an absolutely incredible wedding coordinator! I had not even hired her yet and she was helping me find vendors (who we also hired). Even our photographer, who had never worked with Bradie before, said she was the best he had ever had the pleasure of working with. Bradie works with you early to make sure you are on track and helps with any questions that come up. As the wedding got closer, Bradie took on communicating and organizing with my other vendors. Any bump in the plan that came up, she was on it to make sure it was resolved. If any detail was stressing me out, Bradie, took it on no problem. She was usually already working on it by the time I asked. The day of coordination was flawless. I didn't really have to think of a thing, I just got to have fun and enjoy the big day. It's 8 million percent worth it to have Bradie as your coordinator.

Jesse and her team at Fresh Capsule Vibes LLC are wonderful with communication. Coming from a type A bride, she truly allowed me to be present and feel comfortable during my wedding and leading up to it! Jesse is passionate and fun to work with. Her assistant photographer, Lexi was wonderful and her assistant coordinators were as well. I would absolutely recommend them all, they know what they are doing!! Jesse and her team kept my mind at ease and facilitated the day from start to end. Wonderful team! I would 1000% recommend them. We did the photography, videography, photo booth and month of coordination package. Communication was always prompt, quick to get sneak peaks, and overall my day was PERFECT with their help!
